Policies

These rules apply to every Atlandrak product. Your files are stored with Google Cloud and Backblaze, and AI generations run on third-party model providers, so content that breaks their policies also breaks ours. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal and account suspension, and we report illegal content to the authorities when the law requires it.

Terms of use

• You need a Google Account to sign in. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Free storage is 5 GB. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
• The service is provided as is while it's in early development. Keep your own copies of important files.
• We may change these policies. Changes are listed on the Updates page.

Content that isn't allowed anywhere on Atlandrak

• Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
• Intimate or sexual images of someone shared without their consent, including AI-generated ones.
• Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or threatens or incites violence against people.
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, exploits or any code meant to harm systems or steal data.
• Phishing pages, scams, fraud, or content meant to deceive people into giving away information or money.
• Material that infringes copyright or trademarks, including pirated software, films, music and books.
• Other people's personal data, documents or financial information stored or shared without their permission.
• Spam, or using Atlandrak to distribute bulk unsolicited messages or files.
• Anything illegal where you live or in the countries where our providers operate.

Vault

• Vault is for your own files. Don't use it as a public file host or to distribute files to large audiences.
• All prohibited content listed above applies to everything you upload, including files in folders and in the trash.
• Items in the trash are deleted forever after 30 days.

AI

• Don't generate sexual content involving minors, sexual content of real people, or deceptive content that impersonates real people (deepfakes).
• Don't generate content that is hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Credits are prepaid and used per generation. Each model shows its price before you run it.

Productivity and Sync

• When you share a database, task or conversation, the people you share it with can see what you allow them to see. Only share with people you trust.
