What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, email address, first and last name, and profile photo. We store your email, name and a copy of your profile photo to create your Atlandrak account.
You can add more details in your Atlandrak Account: birthday, gender, phone number and address. They're optional.
We store the content you create: files in Vault, databases and pages in Productivity, and anything you add to other Atlandrak products.
We keep a sign-in session cookie so you stay signed in across Atlandrak sites.
Where it's stored
- Account data, databases and pages: Google Cloud, Singapore.
- Vault files: Backblaze B2, United States.
- AI prompts and the images or video they produce are sent to our AI model provider (fal.ai) to run each generation.
- Payments are handled by Paddle. We never see or store your card details.
How we use it
We use your information only to run Atlandrak for you. We don't sell your information. If ads are shown on Atlandrak, they're served by Google, which may use cookies to show and measure ads; you can control this in your Google ad settings.
Who can see it
Your content is private to your account unless you share it. Atlandrak staff only access it when needed to keep the service running or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete files and empty your trash at any time. To delete your account, write to atlandrak@gmail.com.
